Processing Times - (Time it takes to ship your order)

In stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. We ship items most days .

Custom orders typically ship within 10 business days. We always aim to complete custom orders asap once placed though do to high volumes orders at times it's best to plan for up to 10 business days. If you require a custom to be complete by a particular date, please contact us.

There may be occasions where we offer Pre-orders or Buy-ins in which case details of processing times and estimated shipping dates will be available on the order post.

**Please note: If your order consists of both in stock items and custom make to order items, your order will ship when the custom made items are complete. If you require your in stock order shipped sooner, please order in stock separate to custom items.

How long it takes for your order reach you via postal service varies depending on type of shipping method you choose and time of year (holiday season regularly sees extended delivery times.

UK orders are estimated to arrive between 2-5 business days after shipping.

*EU orders are estimated arrive in 3-7 business days after shipping.

*USA, orders are estimated to arrive 3-7 business days after shipping.

*IMPORTANT - International orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive after shipping if they get caught up in customs. Customers are responsible for paying any import duty/customs.
