Guidelines for Selecting the Right f Organic Cotton Sherpa Cloth Pads

To make the transition to cloth pads as seamless as possible, we recommend measuring your current disposable pad. Most disposable pads are around 2.5 inches in the gusset and 9 inches long.

Measuring the Gusset:

The gusset is the wider area of the pad that extends from the center of the pad towards the sides. Lay your disposable pad flat and measure the width of the gusset from the center to each side. This measurement will guide you in selecting the correct width for your cloth pad.

Measuring the Length:

The length of the pad determines how far it extends into your underwear. Lay your disposable pad flat and measure from the front to the back along the centerline of the pad. This measurement will help you choose a cloth pad that provides adequate coverage for your flow and comfort level.
